T2V-1.3B generates 480P and fits in about 8.19GB of VRAM; T2V-14B handles 480P and 720P. Both produce 81-frame clips at 16 fps (roughly 5 seconds). Superseded by Wan 2.2 but still the standard base for community fine-tunes because of its low VRAM floor.
Apache-2.0. README states models are Apache-2.0 licensed and 'We claim no rights over the your generated contents.' No revenue threshold, MAU cap or territorial restriction.

- Free open weights (Apache-2.0). T2V-1.3B runs in about 8.19GB VRAM (consumer RTX 3060/4060 class and up); the 14B variants need roughly 40GB on a single GPU per the README. Hosted paid access via Alibaba Cloud Model Studio; also on Replicate and fal (not first-party).

Supported aspect ratios is not established here. That means no page we could retrieve stated it, not that the model lacks one.
Strengths
- 1.3B variant runs on ~8GB VRAM, the lowest genuine bar for a competent open T2V model
- Apache-2.0 with explicit output-rights waiver
- Enormous community LoRA and workflow ecosystem
- Documented frame count and fps, unlike Wan 2.2's larger variants
Weaknesses
- 16 fps native output looks choppy without interpolation
- Quality clearly behind Wan 2.2 and HunyuanVideo 1.5
- 5-second clips only
- No audio
Best for
- Low-VRAM local generation, research baselines, and LoRA/fine-tuning experiments where hardware is limited.
